MY STORY
I am Perrine Félicia Fernandez, creator and founder of Monsterladies.
Behind each piece, there are my hands — I design, I cut, I sew, I write to you personally on social media, and I prepare each order with care.
Monsterladies is an intimate house, entirely shaped by me
I grew up in a family passionate about history, collecting pieces from the early 20th century. Flea markets, period fabrics, and silhouettes from another time were part of my childhood.
It was within this world that my love for antique lingerie naturally developed, followed by a passion for historical costumes.
I studied applied arts before joining a fashion school in Paris, driven by a clear calling: to become a designer.
Monsterladies was born from this meeting between my story and my desire to bring past eras back to life, reinventing them for the woman of today.

MonsterLadies — a connection to the world of tattooing
Do you know who the MonsterLadies were?
This was the name given to tattooed women in 19th and early 20th century circuses — women who were free, proud of their bodies and their tattoos, and who expressed themselves with boldness. Corseted, dressed in lingerie, they revealed their identity without restraint, defying the norms of their time.
It is this strength, this freedom, that I wanted to bring to life through Monsterladies.
Monsterladies is also a meeting between the past and the present. Not to faithfully recreate historical garments with all their constraints, but to capture their essence — and reinvent it.
I want every woman to be able to embrace this heritage, to dream, to play, to feel bold and confident — like those women of the Moulin Rouge, lifting their skirts with laughter, defying gazes and conventions.
Each creation is born from this vision: a dialogue between eras, between the elegance of times past and the freedom of today’s women.
