1. How does a made-to-measure order work?
Each Monsterladies piece is handmade, based on the measurements you provide when placing your order.
Every step, from cutting to sewing, is designed to respect your body and your comfort.

2. What are the timeframes?
The stated timeframe corresponds to two main factors:

the time required to create your piece

the orders already in progress before yours
Orders are processed in order of arrival. When you place your order, I am usually in the process of making other sets. Your piece is scheduled in my agenda, and the materials are ordered according to your measurements. I dedicate exclusive time to it when its turn comes, as I never work on multiple orders at the same time.
I consider each order as a precise commitment, almost like an appointment scheduled in advance with you.
For this entire process, it generally takes about 45 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Each order receives all the attention it deserves, with no compromise on quality.
3. How do I choose my size?
I guide you in taking your exact measurements so that your piece fits you perfectly. Every centimeter matters: it is made-to-measure that ensures an impeccable fit, whatever your body shape.
Below is the diagram of the measurements to take:
Taking your measurements accurately
Each piece being made to measure, your measurements are the foundation of a perfect fit.
Take the time to measure your body carefully, using a sewing tape measure.
Always measure the full circumference of each area.
For a reliable result:
— Take your measurements on bare skin, or wearing a thin, non-wired bralette
— Avoid molded, padded, or push-up bras
— Place the tape measure horizontally, parallel to the ground
— It should follow your body without tightening or slipping

— Bust measurement
Place the tape measure around your bust, at nipple level, where it is fullest.
The tape should follow the natural shape of your bust without being too loose.
This measurement allows me to precisely define the depth of your cup, for a natural and elegant

— Underbust measurement
Measure just under your bust, at the root of the breasts, where the bra band will sit.
The tape should be straight and snug, without tightening.

— Waist measurement
Measure your waist at the narrowest point of your silhouette.
If needed, gently lean your torso to one side: a natural crease will form, indicating the exact point.

—Hip measurement
Measure at the fullest part of your hips, around the middle of the buttocks.
Do not measure at the hip bones (higher up), as this does not correspond to this measurement.
This information is essential to create panties or a thong that comfortably pass over the hips, follow your curves without constricting, and stay perfectly in place.
Taking your measurements with care is already part of the made-to-measure experience: a moment for yourself, to honor your body just as it is.
SIZE GUIDE
BRA
Choosing the right bra size can sometimes be tricky, as sizes vary from one country to another. This guide has been designed to help you easily find and select the ideal size on the website.
① — BAND SIZE
This is the number in your size (for example: 85, 90, 95 in France or 34, 36, 38 in UK/US).

Simply find your usual size in your country, then follow the row to find the corresponding size shown on the website.
Example:
If you wear a 90 in France, it corresponds to a 75 in European sizing.
② — CUP SIZE
The cup size corresponds to the volume of your bust (A, B, C, D…).
The letters may vary depending on the country: a cup size does not always correspond to exactly the same volume from one country to another.
How to use the chart
Find your usual cup size in your country, then follow the column to see its equivalent in the sizes offered on my website.
Example:
A French D cup corresponds to a US D cup, but some sizes such as DD, E or F may vary depending on the country — which is why it is important to refer to the chart.
How to easily choose your size
Find your band size (number) in the first chart
Find your cup size (letter) in the second chart
Combine both to obtain your size on my website.

4. What if my size is not available?
If the size you need is not listed, please feel free to contact me by message.
I will be able to offer alternatives or explore the possibility of adding your size, depending on the available materials.
Each request is carefully considered, in order to offer you a piece suited to your body shape.
The cup sizes offered are varied (A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H…).
Some more specific sizes (I/J/K/L) may be possible depending on the designs, but are not always available by default.
This is why I always invite you to contact me: together, we will find the most suitable solution for you.
5. Are the pieces handmade?
Absolutely. Each bra, pair of panties, and garter belt is carefully handmade. I handle every step of the process to ensure complete control and a flawless finish.

6. Can I customize my set?
Yes, you can customize certain details of your set.
Fabric, color, finishes… each piece can evolve to come even closer to what you envision.
As each request is unique, some customizations require sourcing specific materials or making particular adjustments. A personalized quote may therefore be provided based on your choices.
Each project is carefully studied, respecting both the balance of the design and your comfort.
7. Can I return an item?
Made-to-measure pieces cannot be refunded, as they are created exclusively for you.
However, if an adjustment is needed, alterations are of course possible, so that your piece fits you perfectly.
These alterations require the piece to be returned to the atelier and must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.
We will always find the most suitable solution together, while respecting your piece.
8. What happens if the size doesn’t fit?
Before starting production, I always check your measurements to avoid any errors.
If, despite this, an adjustment is needed, or if there is any doubt when taking your measurements, we will discuss it together to find the most suitable solution.
Alterations are possible, but require the piece to be returned to the atelier.
As costs related to measurement errors cannot be attributed to my work, return and alteration costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
I strongly recommend contacting me at the slightest doubt, before placing your order or while taking your measurements.

9. Where are the pieces made?
All Monsterladies creations are designed, drafted, and handcrafted in my atelier in the south of France (Luberon), by me. Each piece reflects artisanal craftsmanship, where every detail is carefully considered and executed.
10. Why are your prices high?

When you purchase a Monsterladies set, you are not just paying for a product, but for true artisanal craftsmanship.
You are paying for:

• a piece crafted for you, made to measure
• the expertise I have acquired through years of training and practice
• the attention given to every detail, every stitch, every construction

11. What payment methods are available?
Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received.
I accept payments by credit card as well as via PayPal.
PayPal also offers a payment in 4 interest-free installments, providing you with greater flexibility.
12. When is a refund possible?
As each piece is handmade and made to measure, refunds are not accepted once production has begun and materials have been ordered.
However, a cancellation request made within 72 hours after payment may be eligible for a full refund of the order.
13. How are orders shipped?
Delivery time is not included in the production timeframe.
Orders within France are shipped via Colissimo, with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours and a tracking number. This tracking ensures your parcel is covered in case of loss by the postal service.
For international orders, shipments are made via Colissimo International (delivery time varies depending on the country) or by express delivery through carriers such as Chronopost or FedEx.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the customer. These fees depend on the regulations of the destination country and are beyond my control.
Each shipment is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.
14. How should I care for my lingerie?
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your lingerie, it is recommended to hand wash it using a gentle detergent and allow it to air dry naturally. Avoid tumble drying and harsh products that may weaken delicate lace and elastics.
