Custom-made:
Being careful to fill all the sizes of my dear customers, all my items are made to measure. When ordering it is important to send me your measurements to avoid any issue because returns and exchanges are subject to conditions (read the terms and conditions)

You will need a tape measures to take the measurements bellow :
-Chest Circumference
-Under bust circumference
-Waist Circumference
- Hip circumference
-Your usual cup size
For the measurement to be perfect, below is an explanatory diagram showing the different parts to be measured.
Note that for the hip circumference, it is important to measure the mid-buttock circumference.
Size chart:
Bra sizes are different all over the world, here is a table to help you convert your international size to French size. I obviously do all sizes, whether American, English, European, and French.
All items in XL have an extra €3 on the sale price so that the fabric/price ratio is respected,
Same for bra sizes from cup F
Large sizes require more material and time, thank you for your understanding <3
Manufacturing delays:
Being alone in the confection there are manufacturing delays from the date of validation of the order.
The current manufacturing time is indicated on all pages of my site before each payment. il se compte in working days, excluding weekends: Saturday and Sunday
In the event of an extension, an email will be sent to you to keep you informed of the progress of your order.
Shipping and returns/refunds and exchanges:
Shipping time is not included in the manufacturing period.
For international orders (to any country in the world), packages are sent by default as small international packages or as express shipments using FedEx or UPS services. For all these methods, customs fees may apply depending on your country's legislation, which are charged to the customer.
As each item is handmade and custom-made, refunds are not accepted once production has begun.
A full refund of the order will only be made in the event of cancellation if the request is made within 72 hours of payment.
All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to monsterladies@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of order and returns, once accepted, deposited in the post office within 7 days of acceptance of the request by MonsterLadies.
For reasons of hygiene and craftsmanship, exchanges are subject to conditions: they will be not accepted or not free in the event of an error in the choice of options, colors or size, on the part of the customer, these being of his responsibility. I'm not responsible for errors made when taking the measurements and sizes chosen and noted (example: panties in M instead of L, 85C instead of 85B, hip measurement wrongly taken....or if you have ordered not matched colors for your set... etc).
Likewise, if the measurements are not provided when ordering.This is why I will always advice to send me a message if you have hesitation and to send me yours measurements if you have doubt to avoid all this kinds of problems.If the measurements are not submitted to me, the buyer takes responsibility for any size issues on their order.
Exchanges will only be accepted in the event of an error on my part in the production of the lingerie: error in size despite the measurements given, problems in the manufacture or defective article. Never hesitate to contact me if there is a problem like this , alterations are free in this case (You will then have a refund of your return costs).

MonsterLadies reserves the right to refund any disrespectful or aggressive customer. thank you for your understanding that I am not a machine.
Maintenance of MonsterLadies Items:
It is imperative to always wash your underwear by hand, with lukewarm water, mild detergent and fabric softener.
Never dry in a dryer. The latter would irreparably damage the laces and braids.
I also advise you not to dry your underwear, exposed to direct sunlight.
