📬Shipping:

Shipping time is not included in the manufacturing period. 

For international orders (to any country in the world), packages are sent by default as small international packages or as express shipments using FedEx or UPS services. For all these methods, customs fees may apply depending on your country's legislation, which are charged to the customer.

 

🇺🇸Shipping to the United States :

Following new customs regulations between Europe and the United States, customs duties are now included in the total shipping cost for all parcels sent to the U.S.

 

The shipping fees displayed in your cart include:

– the postage cost,

– full insurance coverage,

– and customs duties and taxes calculated according to the value of your order.

 

Each parcel is insured and carefully prepared to ensure your handmade creation travels safely to your doorstep.

Since every Monsterladies piece is handcrafted, unique, and made to measure, it is my priority to make sure your order is sent with care and protection.

 

⚠️ Important notice:

U.S. customs regulations may change at any time. Should any additional local duties, administrative fees, or import taxes be applied by U.S. authorities upon arrival, the customer may be contacted directly by postal or customs services to cover these extra charges.

Monsterladies cannot be held responsible for delays, additional costs, or customs holds resulting from external regulations.

In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, the included insurance will cover your parcel according to the carrier’s policy, and I will personally assist you in arranging a replacement.

Refunds/Exchange/Requests:​

As each item is handmade and custom-made, refunds are not accepted once production has begun.

A full refund of the order will only be made in the event of cancellation if the request is made within 72 hours of payment.

All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to monsterladies@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of order and returns, once accepted, deposited in the post office within 7 days of acceptance of the request by MonsterLadies.

For reasons of hygiene and craftsmanship, exchanges are subject to conditions: they will be not accepted or  not free in the event of an error in the choice of options, colors or size, on the part of the customer, these being of his responsibility.  I'm not  responsible for errors made when taking the measurements and sizes chosen and noted (example: panties in M instead of L, 85C instead of 85B, hip measurement wrongly taken....or if  you have ordered not matched colors for your set... etc). 

Likewise, if the measurements are not provided when ordering.This is why I will always advice to send me a message if you have hesitation and to send me yours measurements if you have doubt to avoid all this kinds of problems.If the measurements are not submitted to me, the buyer takes responsibility for any size issues on their order.

 Exchanges will only be accepted in the event of an error on my part in the production of the lingerie: error in size despite the measurements given, problems in the manufacture or defective article.  Never hesitate to contact me if there is a problem like this , alterations are free in this case (You will then have a refund of your return costs).
