Terms of payment
The price is payable to the order .
Payments will be made by credit card/paypal and will be made through the secure Paypal system that uses SSL Secure Socket Layer '' '' so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can to read in transit on the network.
On behalf of the buyer is debited at the time of ordering products or services available and the amount of goods or services delivered or downloaded .

Shipping
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order that can only be in the area agreed. For Paypal seller protection , Shipping adress will be doing to the paypal shipping adress notify on your paypal Account. The risks are borne by the purchaser at the time the goods have left the premises MonsterLadies . In case of damage during transport, the complaint must be made with the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are for illustrative purposes only , if they exceed thirty days from the date of dispatch of the order, the contract may be terminated and the buyer paid.
All shipments sent outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs fees which will be charged to the customer. This is beyond the control of MonsterLadies and is specific to the customs regulations of each country.
Warranty, Cancellations & Returns
All MonsterLadies products are covered by the applicable legal warranties provided under French law.
Each MonsterLadies creation is entirely handcrafted and made to order according to the measurements, selections, and specifications provided by the customer. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom-made and personalized products are exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal. Therefore, once production has begun, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
However, as a courtesy, an order may be cancelled within 72 hours of payment, provided that production has not yet started. In this case only, a full refund will be issued.
Should a manufacturing defect or an error attributable to MonsterLadies occur, the item may be returned to the atelier to be altered, repaired, or, if necessary, completely remade at no cost to the customer.
Any request for alterations or any claim regarding the order must be submitted by email to monsterladies@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the order. Once the request has been approved, the item must be returned within 15 days.
As every piece is individually handcrafted, I am committed to working with you until your creation matches the measurements and specifications agreed upon when your order was placed. My goal is to provide you with a garment that fits your body beautifully and meets your expectations.
Return shipping costs resulting from a manufacturing error or a confirmed lack of conformity attributable to MonsterLadies will be fully reimbursed.
However, MonsterLadies cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate body measurements or incorrect measuring performed by the customer, nor for mistakes relating to the selected size, color, options, or any other information provided and confirmed at the time of ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of all information before placing an order.
If alterations or a remake become necessary due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, inaccurate self-measuring, an incorrect size selection, color choice, selected options, or any other information supplied during the ordering process, the customer shall be responsible for all return shipping costs, reshipping costs, as well as any alteration or remanufacturing costs.
